If you have lost or forgotten to copy your confirmation number that was shown to you after accepting your dv lottery application form, it won't be re-issued again. If you have changed your postal address after applying for the DV 2011 Lottery program, the new address can't be included in your already submitted entry form. All you have to do is to check for your winning notification in the old address which you had given in the green card lottery application form. If you want to change any information that you had given in the application form, you don't have permission to do that. If you want to obtain any information that you have provided in the DV 2011 application form that too won't be available.
